Special provisions: ● This townhouse is a place where you can taste the life of Kyoto in the past. The staff is not resident.
● The entire building is non-smoking (including the garden) and is strictly prohibited from the viewpoint of preservation of the townhouse and fire prevention.
● Our townhouse has left as much as possible the unique structure of the Kyoto townhouse about 90 years ago. Please be careful when using stairs etc.
In the unlikely event that there is an injury, we will not be responsible for it.
● You can use all the fixtures freely, but please note that if there is any damage to furniture, fixtures, or takeout etc., the cost may be borne by the customer. (Please inform us in case of damage).
● This townhouse is located in the old town of Kyoto, and there are many residents in neighborhood. Please refrain from acts or noise that may cause inconvenience in your neighborhood. In some cases, you may be required to leave, and the fee will not be refunded.
● We do not accept pets or minors. Moreover, due to the nature of the townhouse construction, we are sorry but we are not able to accommodate barrier-free.
● Check-in is after 15:00 / Check-out is 11:00. Please bring your own toothbrushes and sleepwear. There is no room cleaning or linen change up to 3 nights.
● Charges vary depending on the number of people. Please note that if number of people staying is more than applied, you will be required to pay the difference.
● The usage fee is prepaid by “bank transfer.” The reservation will be confirmed once payment is confirmed. * The transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
